Prevent Sweat From Driving You Mad With These 3 Tips!

Need a way to prevent sweat from getting in your way? Over 8 million Americans suffer from excessive sweating, its a condition known as Hyperhidrosis and it mainly affects your underarms, face, palms and feet.

If youre tired of dealing with the constant embarrassment and discomfort, there are a few solutions you can try out, here are just a few of them:

1. Only Wear Cotton

One way to prevent sweat from getting out of hand is to ensure you wear only natural materials, cotton is one such material.

Stop wearing all clothes made of synthetic fibers or that are blends of fibers, these fabrics do not provide your skin enough room to breathe and thus result in you sweating more than usual. Only wear 100% cotton, make sure you look for this when you go out shopping for clothes again in the future.

2. Absorbent Sweat Pads

One other solution to this problem is to stop the sweat from reaching your shirt where it becomes noticeable by everyone else, and a great way to do that is with sweat pads. You can find these things online.

These sweat pads can be adhered to the inside of your shirt under your arms where they will absorb your sweat and keep you from drenching your shirts. This in turn means your sweating will not be apparent to others, it also means you’ll mess up less of your shirts.

3. Drysol

If instead of preventing the sweat you want to take things a step further, you can consider using Drysol. Drysol is a prescription antiperspirant you can pick up from your doctor which has twice the aluminum chloride found in regular antiperspirants. This makes it all the more effective.

Drysol is so powerful, you dont even have to use it everyday, you can get away with using it every other day or even twice a week.

Now while these solutions will help prevent sweat from controlling your life, in most cases this wont be enough to completely get rid of the problem for you. If youre serious about getting rid of this problem, youre going to have to get to the root of the issue.
