Whether you have a drinking problem or you have a problem with your bodily functions and can’t stop sweating, it is important that you start today instead of tomorrow by having a deeper look. Most people have something that they want to change or that they need to change and for them most part there are actually cures for their problems.
It might not be easy and it might not be something that you would want to go through but I promise you that once you come out on the other side and have made it through you will find that your self esteem soars.
If the problem is alcoholism, maybe you can talk to your friends about doing an alcohol intervention to see if that would work. It doesn’t always to the trick but giving it a try will definitely be worth the effort. Hopefully you do have some friends left that will be willing to assist you. If you don’t then you will probably need to consult professionals instead.
On another note I found this:
According to National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), adults between the ages of 18 – 29 have the highest rate of alcohol-related problems. The NIAAA also recommends that adults under age 21 not drink at all. This would be practical, especially where studies are concerned as it is almost impossible for anyone to focus while recovering from a hangover.
If a college student feels that the stress of having to one day go out in the real world is really scary and that the antidote is binge drinking keep in mind that the consequences of binge drinking can be as frightening. Some schools have a strong rule in terms of suspension and probation. Also, having to repeat courses or drop out will definitely not make life better.
