Definitely you will loose weight by this method but till the day when you reach your desired weight, you will feel so weak that there are no way you can work more. You may have to face many diseases due to weak immune system. Now due to these diseases you will consume more and will again gain weight which will be double than your previous weight.</p>
<p>Now I will tell you the fast way to loose weight. Start with checking the areas of your body where there is maximum accumulation of fat. Check your total fat weight and how much you want to loose. According to this work out and keep a deadline to loose weight. If you want to see yourself slim and are interested in measurements of your body then you can also opt to check the measurements of different parts of your body like neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips, and thighs. After this just focus on loosing weight and see your body in the way you want.</p>
<p>Start burning calories as it is more important than burning fat. This is because when you consume calories it is used by body to work. Now the calories which are left are stored in the body in the form of fats. In this way consumption of calories leads to weight gain. It is good to consume healthy monounsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats instead of saturated and Trans fat but not in excess.</p>

<p>In our quest for safe diets that will take off the tonnage fast and easily &#8211; without destroying our health, Don&#8217;t forget the water. It&#8217;s easy to forget, but should be a big part of all safe diets.</p>
<p>In safe diets, water plays a huge role. The theory that water will help you lose weight is widespread, popular and generally accepted. As part of our safe diets, we can use all the help we can get, so let&#8217;s investigate further.</p>
<p>It seems simplistic, but safe diets are all about one thing, burning more calories than we take in. Sounds easy enough, how does water fit in?</p>
<p>In contrast to any other beverage, you don&#8217;t have to think twice about drinking water! It&#8217;s calorie free! Drink all you want! In fact, it should become a regular part of your day! Water helps safe diets in a TON of ways&#8230;</p>
<p>First&#8230;it contains no calories so you can have as much as you want! No added fat there! A glass before mealtimes will help to fill you up faster &#8211; so you eat less.</p>
<p>Second&#8230;water will flush out your system and help get rid of all the toxins that have been building up in there. It flushes the kidneys, hydrates the blood, helps the liver and so on, and so on, and so on&#8230;there are a bunch of general health and well being benefits.</p>
<p>Third&#8230;your brain function is enhanced by drinking water throughout the day! When you haven&#8217;t been drinking enough, you start to feel tired, headachy and sluggish. Most of us have been living with these symptoms our whole lives and never realized the cause of them. A glass in the morning will help you feel alive and alert.</p>
<p>No safe diets will avoid telling you to drop the sugar based drinks. Carbonated sodas, sugar added coffee, sugar added fruit juice and all the others. So, what can we drink? Many of us gravitate to diet drinks. Not a good idea, they contain chemicals that are really bad news. Obviously the safe alternative is water.</p>
<p>Carbonated beverages are full of not only sugar &#8211; and sodium, but also include a bunch of other artificial ingredients and food colorings. Most &#8211; if not all &#8211; of all the &#8220;added&#8221; ingredients are bad for you. Some are carcinogenic, others screw up your hormones, some mess with your brain cells, caffeine is addictive, etc.</p>
<p>If your diet includes them, it&#8217;s not one of the safe diets and you should stop right away. They&#8217;re just empty calories that pack on the pounds and offer no nutritional value. It is a challenge at first, but once you are weaned off them, you&#8217;ll never return.</p>
<p>Try getting a water filter if you don&#8217;t like the taste of the water from your faucets. Actually, you should get a filter even if the taste is no problem. Other choices could be to buy spring water.</p>
<p>Try several brands to find one you like. Different brands don&#8217;t taste the same.</p>
<p>Water is a supplement, not a replacement for food. Many of us are tempted to drink enough so that we feel full and don&#8217;t want to eat, but no safe diets would have you do this. It&#8217;s dangerous and risky. However, when tempted to reach for a juice or cola, go for the water bottle instead.</p>

<p>The fastest weight loss diet consists of following 8 easy steps every day. Here they are&#8230;</p>
<p>1 &#8211; For the fastest weight loss diet &#8211; you need to start out doing it one step at a time.</p>
<p>How can you make improvements in your diet if you don&#8217;t know what your diet IS? in business, they say that nothing can be improved if it isn&#8217;t watched. It&#8217;s true in weight loss too. Start a simple food diary. Write down everything you eat and drink and in a few days you will have a solid jumping off point to make improvements.</p>
<p>Then start cutting back on the bad foods and implementing more healthy foods.</p>
<p>The next item to implement in your fastest weight loss diet is, exercise. Like it or not &#8211; and most of us don&#8217;t &#8211; it&#8217;s necessary. Take it one step at a time too and begin with a simple 10-20 minutes and add in both intensity and duration as you get in better and better shape.</p>
<p>2 &#8211; The fastest weight loss diet relies on one thing for it&#8217;s success. You have to stick with it! (Obviously.) If you pick exercises and food that you enjoy, it makes it fun and not a drudgery.</p>
<p>Food&#8230;check the glycemic index charts. The food is ranked by number and for the most part, the lower the number, the better it is for you. Trade out the foods you are eating now for ones with a lower number &#8211; but that you still like eating! Even a point or two difference is making progress and will add up.</p>
<p>The same ideas apply to exercise. Bored with mind numbing crunches and jogging? Try wildly dancing around the house! Wilder is better! Get your kids involved. You&#8217;ll feel like an idiot and laugh the whole time. Tennis anyone?</p>
<p>3 &#8211; In addition to aerobic type exercise, to really boost your fastest weight loss diet into overdrive, start to build and tone your muscles.</p>
<p>Believe it or not, pound for pound, muscles burn more calories than fat. And, that&#8217;s what we want! As an added bonus, muscles burn calories even when they are not being used! You can literally burn off pounds while you sleep or watch TV. Work out with weights and not only will you look and feel better, you&#8217;ll really speed up your metabolism.</p>
<p>4 &#8211; Your body needs carbohydrates for energy. They get digested and turned into glucose &#8211; which is the &#8220;blood sugar&#8221; you keep hearing about. But, excess carbohydrates don&#8217;t get burned, they get stored as fat. So, in your fastest weight loss diet you need to cut back. Substitute foods lower on the glycemic foods index and you will do fine. </p>
<p>5 &#8211; One of the biggest causes of failure in the fastest weight loss diet is our goal setting. we either don&#8217;t set a goal (disaster ahead!) or we set unrealistic goals we can never attain or stick with. Either way destroys your chances. Set both short and long term &#8211; measurable &#8211; goals, set deadlines and hold yourself accountable.</p>
<p>In making lifestyle changes, it&#8217;s not a contest. The size of the goal is far less important than the ability to stick with it. After all, it&#8217;s better to comfortably lose a pound a week for a year, than it is to starve yourself and lose ten pounds in a week, then give up and regain it all, plus 15 more pounds to boot!</p>
<p>6 &#8211; It goes well beyond the scope of this article to explain why, but candy, sodas, cookies and other &#8220;empty calorie&#8221; foods are bad for you. I mean really bad and not just because they make you fat. If you want better health and success in your fastest weight loss diet, cut them out.</p>
<p>The good news is, for most of us, just cutting out the empty calories will cause the pounds to melt away without doing much else at all!</p>
<p>7 &#8211; Losing weight on the fastest weight loss diet demands that you eat a good breakfast. Your body will recognize this as having plenty of food and will jump start your metabolism! Without breakfast, your body thinks you&#8217;re starving and slows down the metabolism making it impossible to keep our weight off. </p>
<p>Most of your daily calories should be consumed as early as possible. No more midnight snacks.</p>
<p>8 &#8211; Heaven forbid that I should ever accuse our mothers of leading us astray, but they did. You&#8217;ve all heard it, &#8220;Clean your plate!&#8221; For success on the fastest weight loss diet, you&#8217;ve got to leave some behind. Portion control may be a challenge at first, but with practice it becomes automatic. Just like overeating did. Control the amount of and what goes into your body and weight loss will be no problem.</p>
<p>The fastest weight loss diet has to not only give you the ability to take off the weight, but to keep it off. Start working these ideas into your diet &#8211; one day at a time &#8211; and you&#8217;ll be surprised at the ease of losing weight &#8211; for good.</p>

<p>Speeding up metabolism, slowing down metabolism, either way it can seem like a true mystery. Here&#8217;s the situation: your friends eat everything in sight and never gain an ounce. While at the same time, you have been on one diet or another for years and yearsand gain weight just by looking at a chocolate cake. It just isn&#8217;t fair.</p>
<p>The hidden factor at work here is our metabolic rate. Our metabolism is what determines how many calories we burn all day long, and it&#8217;s quite different for different people. Tons of factors play a role in determining our metabolism, including our age and gender, how much muscle and fat we have, how much sleep we get and how active we are. Of course, genetics and other health conditions also factor in heavily.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s no wonder why it&#8217;s such a confusing subject. But once you understand your metabolism, it&#8217;s fairly easy to control and you can lose weight at will. Speeding up metabolism isn&#8217;t that hard to do.</p>
<p>One rule of thumb is that the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. This is because muscles require the use of more energy for maintenance and repair. Men have an edge on women in this department, as they naturally have more muscle mass and their testosterone levels make it easier to build more.</p>
<p>Another hurdle women have to jump over, is that during menopause their metabolic rates plummet. To maintain a high metabolic rate, women MUST exercise. Anything you can do to increase your levels of muscle will aid in speeding up metabolism and overcome a lot of the other metabolic problems that come along. Plus, exercise has other health benefits as well.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to keep your weight loss goals both healthy and realistic. That means setting your sights on losing 1 or 2 pounds every week. You should exercise as many times as possible while you&#8217;re trying to lose weight. Once your target weight has been reached, you can then reduce your activity to two or three training sessions weekly.</p>
<p>The good news is that exercise doesn&#8217;t have to be running on a treadmill for hours at a time. You can be active in any way that you desire, from participating in sports to dancing or even doing chores around your home and garden. The goal is to stay active and stay moving as much as possible, and anything is better than nothing at all. They will all be beneficial in speeding up metabolism.</p>

<p>It all comes down to our metabolism, and it&#8217;s different for each person. Lots of factors play a role in setting our metabolism, from genetics to age, gender, our body composition and how we active are on a day to day level. This is only a sampling of the many factors involved.</p>
<p>Trying to sort out all of this can become quite complex. However, the light at the end of the tunnel is that learning to manipulate your metabolism is the secret to losing weight easily. Speeding up metabolism really isn&#8217;t very difficult.</p>
<p>One rule of thumb is that the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. This is because muscles require the use of more energy for maintenance and repair. Men have an edge on women in this department, as they naturally have more muscle mass and their testosterone levels make it easier to build more.</p>
<p>It gets worse for women too, because after menopause, a woman&#8217;s metabolic rate seriously declines. To fight back against these issues, a woman has to exercise. <p>Your goal for losing weight has to be kept within reason however, anything more than one or two pounds a week is unhealthy. It&#8217;s also unrealistic over the long term. To achieve your healthy weight loss, you should be exercising four or five times a week. That sounds like a lot, but once you reach your goal, you can cut back to just two or three times per week.</p>

<p>It is widely accepted that you must work on the mental and emotional  aspects in order to lose weight. No one wants to count calories, measure,  portions, kill themselves with grueling exercise, crave, binge, feel  deprived, eat food that they dislike or suffer a starvation diet that has them  feeling hungry and miserable. <p>While hypnosis targets what is happening above the neck and in your head, the current popular weight loss methods only work on what is going on below the neck. Using hypnosis, fast weight loss can be programmed into the subconscious mind. <p>It often seems that there is a brand new miracle weight loss product on the market every second day. Pyruvate is a naturally produced substance present in the body and has many benefits when taken as a dietary supplement.</p>
<p>It is believed that what this supplement does is accomplish fat loss by increasing &#8220;cellular respiration.&#8221; In other words increasing the rate at which your body uses energy</p>
<p>It is claimed that this supplement is effective even without exercise, although an exercise routine would be beneficial to all round good health. It is also possible that it could increase endurance which is great for athletes</p>

<p>A clinical study was carried out on overweight women who weighed between 225 &#8211; 245 lbs. In this study, they were put on a 1000 calorie/day diet and either given pyruvate or a placebo with no other supplementation. </p>
<p>The women that were not taking the pyruvate lost on average 3.15 lbs. of fat per week. The women taking the pyruvate lost on average 4.3 lbs. of body fat per week. </p>
<p>Because calcium pyruvate helps the body to burn fat and to create more fuel for the body to use, the supplement helps to reduce fat that is retained in the body. </p>
<p>Therefore, the supplement can reduce the amount of excess fat that is stored.</p>
<p>The additional energy that is generated helps the body to function more efficiently and assists with exercise as part of an overall health improvement regime. In an indirect manner, this also means that calcium pyruvate aids in mental as well as physical health, since emotional issues often have a physical origin. </p>
<p>Combining pyruvate with calcium creates a supplement that will not interfere with any body function, nor will using calcium pyruvate cause the body to produce less natural pyruvate in the system. </p>
